Shipping & Returns
- Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on the total order weight and the shipping speed you select at checkout. We currently ship to the United States, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses. Items are typically sent via the United States Postal Service, based on weight and shipping speed selected. We can accommodate other shipping services, upon request. - Insurance is included in the price of every shipment.
- Continental US orders that have been ordered via Priority Mail typically arrive within 1-3 days of shipping. Tracking information will be emailed to you.
- We ship orders within 1 business day of successful order completion.
- You may return your order for a full refund if it is returned within 30 days of your receipt of the item, as long as the item(s) is still in its original condition.
- If the item has been used and is not defective, we cannot accept a return.
- We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.
- The date the tracking information states as delivered is the date of receipt. Items should be in their original packaging, including documentation, to receive a refund.
- We do not pay for return shipping unless you were sent the wrong item or the item was defective when you received it. If this is the case, please message us.
